Affiliate Program — Terms & Conditions
Last updated: May 29, 2026
These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation as an affiliate (“Affiliate,” “you”) in the Coastal Peptides affiliate program (“Program”), operated by PNL Enterprises LLC d/b/a Coastal Peptides (“Coastal Peptides,” “we,” “us”). By applying to, registering for, or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not register for or participate in the Program.
1. Overview
The Program allows approved Affiliates to earn commissions by referring customers to Coastal Peptides through unique referral links and/or coupon codes. We reserve the right to approve or decline any application at our sole discretion, and to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or this Agreement at any time.
2. Eligibility & Approval
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this Agreement.
- The Program is currently available to Affiliates and customers located in the United States and Canada.
- All applications are reviewed individually. Approval is at our sole discretion, and we may decline or revoke approval for any lawful reason.
- You must provide accurate, complete information in your application and keep it current.
3. Nature of Products — Research Use Only
- All Coastal Peptides products are sold strictly for laboratory and research use only. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food, and are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease or condition.
- As a condition of participation, you acknowledge and agree that you understand and will honor this research-use-only designation in all of your promotional activity.
4. Promotional Conduct — Prohibited Claims & Activities
You agree that, in all promotion of Coastal Peptides products, you will NOT:
- Make or imply any medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, clinical, anti-aging, weight-loss, performance-enhancement, or other human-use or veterinary-use claims.
- State, suggest, or imply that any product is safe or intended for human or animal consumption, injection, ingestion, or application.
- Provide dosing, administration, protocol, “how to use,” or reconstitution guidance for human or animal use.
- Market, recommend, or sell products to patients, clients, or any individual as a treatment, therapy, or remedy, or in connection with the diagnosis or care of any health condition.
- Use disease names, symptoms, or health conditions in a way that associates a product with treating or addressing them.
- Make false, misleading, exaggerated, or unsubstantiated statements about products, results, or the Company.
- Use spam (email, SMS, or otherwise), unsolicited messaging, or any deceptive, abusive, or unlawful marketing practices.
- Bid on, register, or use Coastal Peptides’ trademarks, brand name, or confusingly similar terms in paid search, domain names, social handles, or app names without our prior written permission.
- Operate or promote through a website or account that impersonates, mimics, or could be confused with Coastal Peptides.
- Make any statement that purports to be made by or on behalf of Coastal Peptides without authorization.
5. Required Disclosures (FTC / Advertising Standards)
- You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate/material relationship with Coastal Peptides in all promotional content, in accordance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guides and, where applicable, Canadian Competition Bureau and advertising-standards requirements.
- Disclosures must be plain, unavoidable, and placed where consumers will see them before acting (e.g., “I earn a commission from purchases made through my link/code”).
- All testimonials and endorsements must reflect honest, truthful experiences and must comply with applicable law.
6. Commissions
- Commission rate. You will earn the commission rate communicated to you upon approval (the standard rate, or a custom rate we agree to in writing). We may adjust commission rates prospectively upon notice.
- Qualifying sales. Commissions are earned on qualifying sales properly attributed to your referral link or coupon code, excluding taxes, shipping, and fees, and net of discounts.
- Attribution. Where a coupon code is used, the commission is attributed to the Affiliate associated with that code. Where multiple affiliate coupons or links are involved, attribution follows our tracking system’s rules. We do not guarantee tracking for orders placed outside our standard checkout flow.
- Self-referrals. You may not earn commissions on your own purchases or purchases you arrange for the purpose of earning commissions.
- Pending period & refunds. Commissions are held as pending for a grace period before becoming payable. Commissions on orders that are refunded, charged back, cancelled, fraudulent, or that otherwise violate this Agreement will be reversed or rejected, and we may claw back amounts already paid.
7. Payouts
- Minimum threshold. Commissions become payable once your approved balance reaches the minimum payout threshold set in the Program.
- Payment method. Payouts are made by the method we offer and that you elect (which may include store credit, or another available method). You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers and for currency conversion where applicable.
- Store credit. If you elect store credit, it may be used toward Coastal Peptides purchases, is non-transferable, and has no cash value except as expressly provided.
- Taxes & tax forms. You are solely responsible for all taxes on commissions you earn. Before your first payout, you must provide the appropriate tax documentation — a Form W-9 (U.S. persons) or a Form W-8BEN / W-8BEN-E (non-U.S. persons, including Canadian Affiliates). We may withhold payouts until valid documentation is received and may report payments as required by law.
8. Relationship of the Parties
You are an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, agency, or franchise relationship. You have no authority to make commitments on behalf of Coastal Peptides. You are responsible for your own taxes, expenses, and compliance with all laws applicable to your activities.
9. Intellectual Property
- We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use approved Coastal Peptides names, logos, and marketing materials solely to promote the Program in accordance with this Agreement.
- You may not modify our materials or use them in any manner that is misleading, disparaging, or inconsistent with this Agreement. All goodwill from your use of our marks inures to us. This license ends automatically upon termination.
10. Compliance with Laws
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your promotional activities comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies in your jurisdiction and in the jurisdictions where your audience is located, including advertising, consumer protection, data privacy, anti-spam (e.g., CAN-SPAM, CASL), and the rules of any platform you use.
11. Term & Termination
- This Agreement begins upon approval and continues until terminated.
- Either party may terminate at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
- We may immediately suspend or terminate your participation, withhold or reverse commissions, and revoke your license to use our marks if we believe you have violated this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or created risk to Coastal Peptides.
- Upon termination, you must stop all promotion and use of our marks. Pending commissions that were properly earned and do not relate to a violation will be paid out per the normal schedule; commissions associated with violations may be forfeited.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Coastal Peptides, PNL Enterprises LLC, and their owners, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your participation in the Program, your promotional activities, your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
13. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Program is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from the Program. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Program will not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
14. Modifications
We may modify this Agreement at any time by posting the updated version. Material changes take effect upon posting or as otherwise communicated. Your continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.
15. Confidentiality
Any non-public information we share with you about the Program (including custom rates, reporting, and strategy) is confidential and may not be disclosed or used outside the Program.
16. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Florida for any dispute not otherwise subject to arbitration, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
17. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with any written commission terms we provide upon approval, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Coastal Peptides regarding the Program and supersedes any prior understandings. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
