Run by the people who answer your email
Coastal Peptides has supplied research compounds since 2024. There's no call center between you and an answer, and no ticket queue to disappear into. Three in four researchers who order from us order again, and that's the number we run the business against.
How we operate
Independent testing, published as-is
Batches are sampled and sent to an independent lab. We don't test in-house and we don't take a supplier's word for it. What the lab issues is what goes on the site — same report, same numbers, no summary in between.
Reports stay published
Results are organized by lot and stay up permanently, so a code printed on a vial a year ago still resolves. Previous batches stay listed alongside the current one.
Stocked, and honest when it isn't
Orders placed before the cutoff go out the same business day from our California fulfillment center. When something is short or on the way, we say so up front instead of letting an order sit quietly.
Our mistakes are ours to pay for
If the wrong item ships, we verify it and send the correct product at our expense — and you keep what was originally sent. It costs us money, and it's the right call every time.
About our pricing
You can find a lower number than ours. You can almost always find a lower number. What's harder to find is someone who answers when an order goes sideways, a warehouse that ships the day you order, and a company still reachable at the same address a year from now.
Our prices carry a real operation: fulfillment, independent lab work, packaging that survives the trip, and replacements when we get something wrong. We'd rather charge what that actually costs and still be here in three years.
Research use only
Everything we supply is intended for in-vitro laboratory research use only. It is not for human or veterinary use, and not for diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical application. We state it on every page because it's the boundary this business operates inside, and we don't blur it.
