- Payment Confirmation: All orders are placed on hold until payment is received and verified. Card customers will be sent a secure payment link to complete their order. Cash App customers will receive payment instructions with their order confirmation.
- Unpaid Orders: Orders that remain unpaid for 2 hours after placement will be automatically cancelled and inventory will be released. Customers with a pattern of unpaid orders may have their available payment methods restricted on future orders, and Coastal Peptides reserves the right to refuse service to any customer at our discretion.
- Authorization: By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for your orders.
Shipping and Returns
- Shipping: We ship within the United States only via FedEx 2-Day or FedEx Overnight. We will make our best efforts to deliver products promptly, but we are not responsible for shipping delays due to circumstances beyond our control. Shipping costs are calculated based on the option selected at checkout.
- Shipping Restrictions: FedEx Overnight is not available to all addresses (such as PO Boxes, tribal lands, and certain rural ZIP codes). If overnight is unavailable for your address, FedEx 2-Day must be selected to complete your order.
- Returns and Refunds: Our return and refund policy is outlined in a separate “Refunds & Returns” policy, which can be found on our Website. All sales are final once shipped.

- Policy Violation: Customers found to be in violation of this policy may have their orders canceled and accounts suspended.
