Refunds Policy

Our products are exclusively designed for laboratory purposes and are not intended for human or animal consumption. Refunds are subject to adherence to our terms and conditions, and we reserve the right to deny refunds for orders found in violation of these terms. Inquiries regarding refunds for orders contravening our terms and conditions will not receive a response.

Returns Policy

While we adhere to industry regulations and do not accept returns, your satisfaction remains our priority. However, should an error occur with your order, we’re here to assist you. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us via email, and we’ll ensure a swift resolution.

Cancelled & Unpaid Orders

Orders that do not receive payment within 2 hours of placement — whether by card payment link or Cash App — are automatically cancelled, and inventory is released back into stock. No charge is processed on cancelled orders.

If you’d still like to complete your purchase after a cancellation, please place a new order. Customers with repeated unpaid orders may have their available payment methods restricted on future orders at our discretion.

Refund Processing

Due to the nature of our products and in compliance with regulations governing their sale, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once an order has shipped. However, we understand that errors can occur, and customer satisfaction is our priority.

If your order is shipped incorrectly, you receive items different from what you ordered, or items arrive damaged, please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your order. We will promptly assist you in resolving the issue and arranging for a replacement.

Missing Packages

If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can help investigate.

Before reaching out, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or anyone in your household who may have accepted the package.

  • Looking around your delivery area — carriers sometimes leave packages in less visible spots.

  • Contacting the carrier (USPS or FedEx) to request GPS delivery coordinates or additional details.

After taking these steps, email us at [email protected] with your order number and tracking details.

While we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered, we’ll do our best to guide you. In many cases, filing a claim with the carrier is the most effective next step, and we’re happy to help you with that process.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order.
